Do I need to install an app?
No. The reader opens in your web browser. Use the browser on your phone or tablet and allow camera access when prompted.
Which pages can I scan?
The reader recognizes the supported pages published for the book you opened. Keep the full printed artwork visible and avoid glare or deep shadows.
What if my camera does not open?
Check that your browser has camera permission. If you opened the link inside another app, open it in Safari or Chrome and try again.
What if my book is not ready?
If the reader says the book is not published, its AR content is not available yet. Contact us with the book title and ISBN so we can help.
